Hello, a little more about me

I hold a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling (2008) and a BA in Humanistic Counselling (2011).

Additionally, I completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision (2014) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (2018).

My diverse training equips me to provide comprehensive support tailored to individual needs.

I am also a registered member of the BACP and hold to their ethical framework.

My Story

I always knew I wanted to work with people, and from an early age, my course was set when, aged 10, I won the award at school for "Special Kindness"! You see, kindness matters to me... a lot. I could never have imagined a career that didn't involve helping others or where objectives were material-based rather than about people's quality of life.

In my early 20s, having set up a youth club with about 150 kids attending, I became aware I was woefully equipped to give the kind of support that many presented as needing. So I embarked on a journey to gain the skills of helping people to work through life's difficulties and have never looked back.

Through my therapy journey, I have gained experience in a wide variety of settings and helped people with many different types of challenges. If you'd like to see whether we'd be a good fit, then book a free consultation where we can get to know each other and make a plan from there.
