At SixtyOne Counselling, your session time is reserved exclusively for you. Because our clinical slots are limited, a late cancellation or missed appointment means another person in need misses out on support.

 

The 24-Hour Rule
Much like reserving a hotel room, a valid credit or debit card is securely held via our practice management platform (Halaxy) to anchor your appointment.

• Cancellations & Changes: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment time.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate (£80.00) using the card held on file.

• Initial Assessments (£0.00): While our initial assessments are completely free, we kindly ask for the same 24 hours' notice if you cannot attend, so your slot can be offered to someone else on our waiting list.​
